Of all the used car lots I have been to, this is by far the best. I had lots of experiences with other lots trying to sell me poor quality cars, and was not expecting much of this one at first. I was pleased to find that Unique Auto was the complete opposite of the other places I had encountered, and is a trustworthy business. I got a great deal on a car that is in extremely good shape for a used car, and the customer service was great. I was not misled or pressured in any way to buy something I didn't want, and the guy who sold me the car was extremely helpful. I generally would not recommend a used car lot to anyone, WITH THE EXCEPTION of this one. I would absolutely recommend Unique Auto to anyone looking for a good used car. I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

Unique Auto was an amazing place to buy a car! I found my dream car at Unique Auto! I took a test drive, loved the car, and went through the process of buying it. They made it very easy to understand what I was signing and why I was signing it. I knew ahead of time it’s an older car but it’s in great condition. There was no known problems and they even did an oil change for free. I’ve been driving it for the past month and it’s been amazing. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend Unique Auto!

A vehicle is a sizable investment in itself, one on which we depend for our long lasting and safe transport. What we need is a business that offers high quality products & services in a timely manner for fair & affordable pricing which is knowledgeable as well as trustworthy. We are lucky to find a business with just a few of those qualities, more often than not what we get is overpriced substandard care, with a painstakingly lengthy process only to have to do it all again mere months to years later. We had been shopping for a new family vehicle for weeks around NE Ohio just to find rusty overpriced units over and over. Drove an hour or so to Unique Auto not sure what to expect. Well I was shocked, no need to look further, our quest was over! We found a clean vehicle that will last our family for years and saved hundreds really considering the nice condition. To top it off, Adis was honest, upfront, and set up for us to drive our new ride home that night. VERY clean, organized shop, and his regular customers we met were like familiar friends.
