I was sold a lemon. August 5th 2025 I bought a BMW x1 the next day and every day after I tried my best at getting Luis to have there mechanic fix it. Luis lied to me and disregard what I was saying was wrong with the BMW. Don't get me wrong the first day I walked on to that lot Luis was awesome but then he switched was not available to take my call I got to talk to his voice mail or colleague Will. Mike the owner showed his face the last time I attempted to get the dealership to take responsibility by telling me that my warranty is is voided and he recommends a mechanic shop by the name of Ramones Automotive and that was all that he had to say so to me he showed face just to tell me that my warranty is no longer good with them and take my car elsewhere.

My husband agreed to $1000 down. At sighing Luis stated he told the bank my husband can put down $1500 without consultation. We were sold a LEMON. Within a couple days of purchase, the vehicle stalled while on the freeway. Had to pay for the tow. Lights turned on: Tire, Check Engine, brakes at minimum thickness, oil at minimum and restraint/airbag malfunction. When we advised Luis, he stated they can "reset" the sensors and find a cheap tow company and he'll reach back out. Never got the call. While requesting a solution, Luis was hard to get ahold of. This dealership is seriously the best! I walked in after looking at a listing online and everyone greeted us with friendliness and honesty. The manager Luis is the best, a miracle worker! Bill is also very nice. The mechanics are super cool too! It was a quick and easy process and got my dream car! Definitely recommend these guys! They work with you to make sure everything works out! 10/10

They were very responsive and flexible during the purchasing process. Even rarer these days, after I bought the car, they made sure it was all good and did some maintainance on it prior to shipping it to me. Shout out to everyone there, very straight forward process and showed any little piece I wanted to see on the car.

Purchased a lemon in August 2025 took it back to the dealership twice for "minor repairs" and was assured I'd have no further issues. Drove it for about 3 weeks before the check engine light turned on...almost 4 months later the vehicle is still undriveable because After putting $13,000 as a down payment I can not afford the $5,000+ for the repairs. The dealership and the bank refuse to help or take responsibility even though this all occurred before the 30 day warranty had expired. Was given the run around and lied to multiple times. I would never recommend or refer anyone to Unique Imports
