I had an amazing experience at Unique Tire Shop! The staff were super friendly and incredibly fast—they changed all four tires on my 2023 Tesla Model X perfectly, without a single scratch on the rims. They clearly know the ins and outs of Tesla vehicles, which aren’t like other cars. Plus, their prices were the best in the area. I’m extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially Tesla owners!

Tony and his team are absolutely INCREDIBLE! One phone call and Tony is always able to assist in the best way. This is the third time I go to this place. The fist 2 everything went smooth. This time the experience was horrible. First they make me feel not welcome at all. They took the tire off and returned saying everything was Ok. I had to show them a picture that I took earlier with a nail on it. The guy took it back, and put a plug instead of a patch clamming they could not patch it because it was too close to the corner, well I have had a patch in that same place before. The worst thing is that I was not told before the plug, because I would have go to another place for a second opinion, clearly they were not in a working mood. Now I will have to replace the tire in the near future, and this is a brand new tire.

UPDATE: still the best!! Honest work from honest people! I need to go to Houston and thought I had to replace a tire. They found steel coming through my other tire that I couldn't see. After feeling what they found, I'm so thankful because I'd probably end up on the side of the road somewhere 200 miles away. Also, the prices are reasonable and competitive. This is definitely my new tire shop!
