Best auto body I've used in my 70 years! And I had a used car business and had a lot of work done. Doug is a best pro. Old school and that means the best real auto body man. A real fixer to give you perfect results. Not just screwed on new parts that don't give a dead on fix. Doug gives you that and exact paint colors! And as friendly and easy to work with. United is the only first choice you'll want to use.

Awesome experience at United Auto Body! My 12 year old outback was rear-ended and would likely be totaled if fixed with OEM replacement parts, like all the other shops will do. I wanted a simple functional repair... Doug listened and worked out a fix that fit within my insurance payout. What I got back exceeded my expectations! Profession, courteous and delivers on what is agreed.

I called to learn the process of getting an estimate for a rear bumper repair, and the (lady) assistant was very friendly and helpful. She said I could bring it in and Doug would take a look at it, with a rough diagnosis 10-15 minutes. They were flexible with the schedule, too. When I went in, I found the staff to be very friendly and sincere. Doug is an honest, hard-working man who will tell it like it is! Although I wasn't able to get my repair done here this time, I would highly recommend United Auto Body! 3/20/25 update: Things changed and I decided to have my repair work done here. My experience confirmed my previous review. The service was friendly, quick, and considerate. They even vacuumed my car and left some candy and a hand-written thank you! I will always recommend this staff.

Great experience here! My cars side view mirror was smashed. Doug was able to get a factory mirror in 2 days, got me right in and installed it in 2 hours and did it for the amount that the insurance company paid out to me. Crash champions wanted me to leave my car with them for 2 weeks just of get an estimate!! So happy!
