My mother and I were visiting family for the holidays and after a long day of flying we could not get a hold of Budget rental. We had booked a car through Budget originally, but when we couldn't get through to them we called Miguel at United. I am SO glad we did! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Arturo picked us up from the airport within minutes of our call, the car we rented was pristine, Miguel was kind and helpful, and on top of all of this the rental was significantly less expensive than it would have been through Budget. We will be booking through United Auto Rental from now on when we come to visit family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve rented a car from this company twice, and both experiences were excellent. The staff is professional and helpful, and the manager, Diego, deserves special appreciation for his great attitude and support. Everything was organized, quick, and hassle-free. My deposit was also returned to my account within 72 hours. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad this place exists. I tried calling other places and they all had weird hours and prices. I called here, and big shout out to Diego for taking my call, walking me through the process, and once I showed up, he really made sure I got a good vehicle for what I needed and got me into a car within the hour.
