Tareq works with his sister Rama Ghannam at Mike Auto Sales. They both collaborate together in the sale of vehicles. I was in contact with both dealerships on 2024 when purchasing a vehicle, and spoke with Tareq first as the vehicle was on his lot, and he had his sister finance the vehicle out. To Whom It May Concern, This complaint concerns a vehicle purchased by my elderly parents from United Auto Sales on June 3, 2025. The vehicle is a 2010 Toyota Sienna with 185,300 miles at the time of sale. Shortly after the sale, the van began experiencing multiple mechanical issues, including problems related to ignition components (coils and spark plugs), worn tires, and serious engine trouble. We later discovered evidence that stop-leak had been used in the engine, which ultimately contributed to significant engine damage. The vehicle now requires a complete engine replacement and is no longer usable. These issues were not disclosed prior to the sale. My BF and I went to this dealership from 2 hrs away. I should have known better when I test drove other vehicles that had very obvious mechanical issues not to purchase anything. I ended up purchasing a truck, paid in cash, and after driving it home two hours the transmission gave out on me and I came out of pocked about $4k. Got the truck back from trany shop and not even a week later it wouldn’t start, had to come out of pocket another $1k. I attempted to call and have a civil conversation but was hung up on the second I mentioned that I had issues with the truck. I tried calling back several times and got voicemail.
