I bought an SUV from them. They said they would send me a clean and clear title in a couple days. Unfortunately, the car was totaled when someone pulled out in front of us on the highway that was eight days after I bought it. I had to fight them tooth and nail to get the title because I had to sign it over to insurance. They refused to talk to me, they refused to have any type of conversation with me. They must have color ID or something because every time I would call either no one would answer or go straight to voicemail, or someone would pick up and then hang up right away. So I had to have a sheriff go get it in the information so that I could get a title that I could give to the person’s insurance. Since I paid cash for it, no one could force them to send me a title.

AVOID DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! Go to this dealership if you want to buy a vehicle that needs multiple repairs to the engine or a brand new engine. day of purchase I was driving the truck home when the DOD activated and the lifters were junk. Called and told the dealership what the mechanic said they said they want there mechanic to look at it to be sure. He said there mechanic says the engine is fine because he simply started it and didn’t hear a noise when I specifically stated that the lifters knock in 4 cylinder mode. Now they have a lot of money and I’m pretty much out an engine cause they won’t do anything other than offer a trade for a truck worth much less.

I thought I found a great 2013 f150 but it had some engine trouble and no tire sensors. I had the truck for a month after buying it. I did test drive the vehicle twice and asked lots of questions. This truck just happened to need major engine work and I was surprised the check engine light didn't go off test driving it. The owner ended up working with me and we agreed on a vehicle swap to a 2014 Ram 1500 with similar miles and similar interior. It was a good gesture on his part. BUT I got a mechanic shop to check out the Ram truck and it had major work needed as well. Wow! Even the rear brakes were worn out to almost the metal. The mechanics at this place don't check the vehicles ar all with all the issues in both these trucks. Terrible experience overall!! I'll never go back to this place

Bought a Kia for $4,450 I bought it on the 11th of March and it's now the 25th of March only had it for 14 days and it's already in the shop after the owner said his mechanic cleared the car as a safe car to drive it's not left lower control arms is done for needs to be replaced and the right lower ball joint needs to be replaced because it is loose back brake pads and rotors and calipers need to be replaced because it sat so long let it rested so bad and does not work I called them and asked if we can figure something out that both of us are happy with and they keep on giving me the runaround don't recommend them they're liars oh and let's not mention when I bought the car I had to go straight back to the dealership for them to change out my tire valve because it was letting out air

I bought a car from them last December. I thought it was fine and all a week later my car started having issues , I drive it up hills it would struggle to get above 35 , ac blower went out on me, oil wasn’t changed at all it was BLACK, oil was was dripping out of my car under it, my car has had so many issues and I regret buying my this dealership. I’m glad I know somebody that could fix my car, it would’ve been at least 2k dollars on repairs for my car. DONT BUY FROM THEM
