Absolutely the worst tow company I've ever used!! Don't return calls or meet when they say they'll be there.. complete waste of time driving back and forth.. THANKS

Needed a tow called at 1 in the afternoon they said a driver would b out in an hour and they never came sat for 3 hrs b4 I called a different tow company

They were good with my car and storing it, however, I had to wait HOURS for someone to show up, both times I went there. They lost my appt after I called. There was another customer waiting an hour after his appt he had made. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice but the office staff could use a course on how to speak to customers. Prices were ok for storage.

If I could give zero I would. Do not use them under any circumstance. They will Keep your car for as long as possible once they realize you won’t be using their collision shop. Impossible to get ahold of.

The driver showed up 2 1/2 late and delivered it to wrong location (didn’t read order ).
