United Automotive Service Center

We moved to the Chambersburg area a year and a half ago and one of our biggest concerns was finding a great place to take our vehicles for service. We asked our neighbors and they recommended United Automotive Services! Their customer service is excellent, they are timely, they keep you informed and most important of all, they have integrity! Thank you Keith and your awesome team of automotive technicians for keeping our vehicles in great shape! For this visit I needed rear breaks / rotors for my truck and my headlight covers cleaned. My truck rolls to a smooth stop and my headlight covers look brand new❤️❤️❤️

I had a rental car for three weeks (EXPENSIVE) after being told by a different shop my car was not drivable - I was quoted by that same shop a large sum of $1400+. I called united Automotive service center after feeling defeated. They were so nice! The man (I forget his name😭) gave me a fair quote over the phone - a plus for me because I was not taking my car to multiple shops to get a quote and they actually got me in 2 days later. They had my car ready to go in no time and saved me $500 between repairs/labor cost and finally being able to return the rental. Awesome shop. My car drives like it’s brand new. Already planning to take 2 other vehicles to them and told friends/family to go there too!!!

I was passing by, driving from Georgia to New Jersey. I picked up a screw resulting in a leaking tire. I just dropped in Tuesday afternoon, Dec 23. Dave Swartz, Service Advisor, squeezed me in his busy schedule. In short order, my tire was repaired and I was able to travel again. I am so thankful for the shop's quick, professional, and very cost effective service. You made my Christmas joyful and bright. Many, many, thanks and Best Wishes for a prosperous New Year. The only shop i will take my car to, i have a 2013 infiniti and i know these parts are very pricey and its hard to find trustworthy people to fix these cars the right way, i would HIGHLY recommend this shop if you are in a rush or need your car back a certain date. ive taken my car here 3 times and have been so happy each time ive gotten it back, i recently replaced my radiator and lost some trans fluid in the process, started slipping pretty bad, took it to this shop and they had it done within a day. very trustworthy group of people, i usually dont like going to shops due to bad experiences, but i can tell you, this shop is probably one of the best shops here in chambersburg. Thank you guys so much for taking your time to get my infiniti back on the road i am forever grateful !

We recently switched to United. After our mechanic closed. We could not be happier with their service and their honesty. Great people to work with for any repairs needed, they actually even had better prices on tires than the big box stores in the area.
