The towing service was beyond excellent! It was one of the fastest response times I've ever seen and a very knowledgeable and fast job! He even tried a few things to troubleshoot the issue before towing. It's just an all-around excellent experience! The communication from the driver letting me know where he was and his arrival time was also great! Can't say enough good things about the tow service from this shop! I can't speak to the mechanical work because I had it towed to a honda service center, but I can say this was literally the best experience I've had with a towing request! Matt is the nicest and most honest mechanic, I'm so glad I found them. They do good work for a good price, and he'll give you honest opinions and recommendations that you can trust. He really has a service-first mentality over profit, which has made me not want to go anywhere else. Fully worth all 5 stars, I'd go out of my way to take my car there if necessary. Matt is great. I have used him before the people I bought my jeep from recommended him and I’ve used him ever since. I took my 2005 Toyota Avalon in for a vibration when accelerating. I dropped it off at 7 am yesterday. And by 10:30 am he was done. Picked it up after work and drives great. Matt is a very honest trustworthy mechanic. Can’t thank him enough. Will always recommend him to anyone.

Directly to worker - I don’t say you how to do your job, i’m just trying to get a right service! Highly NOT recommended for AC service I came here for a basic AC recharge. The mechanic vacuumed and filled the system with the engine OFF. When I politely pointed out that proper procedure is to charge the system with the engine ON and AC at max, he dismissed it and said: “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, and you trying to say how to do my job, have a good day.” That was kinda disrespectful. You got experience i’m not arguing but i’m gonna surprise you - your 30 years of Ac service experience was wrong, go check it anywhere, you can’t fill up ac with engine and ac turned on. Educate!
