These people will be my forever cape cod mechanic! Their prices beat everybody else it’s a no brainer to come here!!! I had an amazing experience from start to finish and they give you HONEST ETAs and very reasonable prices. Will bring all my cars and recommend them to everybody. If I ever tow cars again I will 100% recommend every disabled motor vehicle call if the customer is unsure where to take their car. Thank you guys for taking care of me!
Brought daughters Civic in for a tire change the day after thanksgiving . Ended up doing front brakes , cooling system flush , reattach belly pan ( I botched bad access on ramps) and repaired summer tire with a nail in it. This garage was recommended by another very reputable garage that was going to be closed the day I could get work done. Great guys , great work done . Pleasantly surprised by bill.
My car died in my driveway and I called every repair shop I knew in the Brewster/ Orleans area, and nobody would be able to even look at my car for at least 2-3 weeks. One of my coworkers suggested I call United. The gentleman I spoke to told me that if I get my car towed in that night or the next morning, he could fix my car right away! While they were making repairs, one of the guys called me and told me that my car was coming due for an oil change, and asked me if I wanted them to do it. Although the bill was a little more than I hoped, their sense of urgency in getting my car fixed and the attentiveness to detail in noticing that my car was due for an oil change made it worth it. Thank you guys!
Had both rear wheel bearings replaced 10 months ago to the tune of $1000. Had to bring back a week later as humming noise started again. Now again humming g noise is back. Brought it in ,2018 Subaru Forester, was told to bring it in and they “would see what they could do”. Don’t get your car repaired at this place BAD REALLY BAD!
$105 for synetic oil change, is quite high when compare to what you can get elsewhere (midas or jiffy lube). Very nice people, but would have gone elsewhere if i knew that was the price
