Shopping for a used vehicle can be really scary, with the rates the way they are and the vastness of garbage and scammy, sleazy dealerships that just flip auction cars for 2x the price. So, per my usual process, I browsed online for specific requirements as first car for my daughter, such as, highly rated for safety and reliable enough to get her through her last couple years of high school and through college. Do all my vehicle research, then go out into the wild. Her requirements were suv and panoramic sunroof lol. I carved out a few models we were interested in (primarily Toyota and BMW) then built my list of dealerships we would visit. We stopped at the first one and it looked shady. Looked at the vehicle we found online and it looked nothing like the pics posted. No one even came out

I was helped out by Adil. Communication was great and very friendly. I just moved to Virginia Beach due to military orders and needed a new vehicle to get around. Saw the car online and expressed my interest in the vehicle. When I showed up to see the vehicle they had it ready for me all washed and ready for a test drive. They handled the registration for me which was very helpful. 2 weeks into having the car I had some minor issues with it and they handled it professionally luckily it was nothing major just a loose battery cable. They ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and even tested the battery to show me everything was working fine. Id recommend them to my friends and family. Loving my new car.

I worked with Dykes Brookins throughout my car buying process and even with some delays due to the boss being out on vacation, there was solid communication and incredible effort throughout the process. I had answers to all my questions and there was no hidden details about anything. The car is fantastic and I strongly recommend this dealership. It was my first time ever buying a vehicle and I was very happy throughout. The owner even righted a payment issue with delivery immediately upon learning there was an issue with it. 10/10 experience, incredible people working here.
