The team is honest, no-haggle, and truly works to get you a great deal without any games. I also love that this is a local, family-owned business. You can genuinely feel the difference in how they treat their customers. I’ve brought both vehicles in for service multiple times, and the service department has always taken great care of me. They’re timely, communicative, and consistently go above and beyond. I would recommend United Nissan to anyone looking for a great car-buying or service experience!

Everyone here made me feel at home. It was the best experience I ever had. They made it very easy for me to get a new vehicle and they definitely worked with me. The dealership was clean and the staff was professional, I recently paid off my 2018 Nissan frontier which was financed by capital one, the dealership helped me find that finance company which was great 👍🏻. And the vehicle is still running strong today. Unfortunately I moved to Texas a couple years ago, or I would come buy another vehicle from them. I was looking into a trade in when I bought my pickup from them, and the salesman suggested just selling it as a private listing to get more money for the vehicle, so that was an honest kind thing to do. Great people overall.

Don't go here. I used five start so my review is seen. Don't come here for the service department. They are no longer honest. They used to be honest but their tech guys are lazy liars now. They say they did one thing and didn't do it. You pay for a diagnostic and they take your money and tell you it's a gas cap. Then my check engine light came back on. Then now it's this or that. Tried to charge me$600 for something that's simple twist and pop in. After taking it to an honest real mechanic, the issue was the charcoal canister. They even unhooked one of my evap lines so the check engine light will keep coming on. They are crooks there. Go to a real mechanic. No longer going to Nissan ever again. Hope this helps save someone money. I went to RFX on Henderson. Good guys there

I felt like a teenager all over again getting my first car...great customer service and James the finance manager made a great closing with getting me the best bank approval low monthly payments...I will recommend anyone to get a car with United Nissan.
