Larry is awesome. I totally trust United Nissan and Larry with my vehicles. Whenever I get something new, I have to take the vehicle to United Nissan for the ultimate test to ensure that the vehicle is quality. I changed to United Nissan recently because of service first and then competence. I have brought my car into a competitor for the last year with a rattling noise only to continue to be charge for all these other issues that never got rectified. I like how the service tech was in constant communication with me and even provided VIDEOS of the problems that i’ve been having for the last year. VIDEOS! This right here showed me the actual issue along with an explanation. I was grateful to find a new tech and rep that i can place some trust in. United Nissan will now get my son, daughter, and other family members cars for service!

They got me in and out quickly - about 30 min - and checked all the boxes for a basic oil change and multi-point inspection. They are efficient and thorough, keeping customers updated via text all through the process. Highly recommended. I love getting my vehicle serviced where I bought it.

Yes, Pablo took care of me. He Assured me, my warranty would cover it and it did and they rented me a car which was very inexpensive and they fixed my car immediately and I’m really happy! Everybody that works there is knowledgeable and courteous and really nice! I’m going to buy another truck or car soon!
