I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department due to the service manager, Taylor. It seems like Taylor is almost never at work, and whenever I’ve tried to leave messages or call back, my calls have gone unanswered. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored when you’re trying to resolve a service issue. Consistent communication and availability are essential in customer service, and unfortunately, Taylor has not met those expectations. I hope the management team addresses this problem soon, as it reflects poorly on the entire department.

Their lift broke on me 3 times over the weekend. Cost me money on my ground crew. They had a fast response time. And we're very helpful. They made it right with me. Sometimes you can't help equipment failure. But I appreciate them making it right so much. That goes a very long way! Would highly recommend them.

I want to give a big shout out to the service technician who is on call. Thank you Manny for helping me out of the snow I am so grateful to you...I can't thank you enough...United Rental has a great service technician working for them...I will forever praise this company an the young man who helped me...

Easy and fast rental, they recommended a machine more suited to my tasks and delivered it on time. Very pleased with United Rentals.

My local United Representatives take GREAT care us my company's needs not only in Equipment rentals, but also in their follow-through. From all the things in takes doing business these days from the paperwork to getting equipment occasionally repaired...they've got my back.....and that's why they are always my first call when renting anything.
