United Tire & Auto

These guys are honest and fair. I never felt like I was being overcharged or hassled into unnecessary repairs. My family has had a few bad experiences at other local shops. It was refreshing to go to a shop where I didn’t feel like someone was trying to get any dollar they could out of me.

They are truly one of the best shops in the valley. This is my second time coming to them after my catalytic converter unexpectedly went out on my car last year. They were contacted and they went above and beyond. His job is located around the corner and they were able to service it same day. I just went in for inspections on both our cars. Both cars were done in 2 hours. You also know that the community loves their work when you arrive at 6:51 and there are at least 10+ other people waiting for the door to open at 7am. If you’re coming for same-day service, I implore you to arrive around 6:30-6:45 to ensure that you get a ticket. I saw them turning away people as early as 8 AM. The staff is super friendly as well as the customers.

Very busy which is a good sign. Had an appointment and was taken in on time. Work done in timely fashion. Likely will be back. Using them again for second car. Really appreciate the free pickup and delivery. Just had my car delivered. Excellent work and honest. Will certainly return.

The United crew is wonderful. They have earned our trust through the years as they have taken care of our vehicles. We can count on them for honest professional service. Recently, we had friends visiting from out of the state. We were enjoying the sights in the Valley and on the Blue Ridge Parkway when we ended up with a flat tire. The United crew took care of us quickly and got us back to our visit. Our friends were so impressed with their awesome service. Thank you United.

Every time I have been here they have treated me politely and professionally. Had an appointment for tires at 9:00 AM and I was early....car was taken in right at my appointment time and in 30 minutes I had 4 new tires installed and ready. I cannot tell you how many tire shops are closer to me but United Tire is the place to go! Good Tires at good prices with excellent staff!
