United Tire & Service of Feasterville

This used to be my go to garage. However that stopped today. As I was at work and my wife had the day off I simply asked my wife to drop in at United Tire & Service to see if they could look at the drivers side wheel. Instead my wife had to endure an employee going on a long winded rant about they were too busy, we could drop it off tomorrow but can't guarantee that yet we are booked up til Friday. What is it, are you booked up , don't want to look at the vehicle or just plain rude to women that come into your garage instead of a man? Very poor customer service. Why put people on the service counter when they have no customer service is beyond me. Just bad all round.

UPDATE -- Thank you for reply to my review, but you did not address the fact your team was incorrect in the unrepairable tire. This is why I will not return to your shop, there is no trust for your team since the tire was in fact repairable. The discussion on how many tires to replace is secondary to the conversation. Good day sir. Beware, I recently visited UTS for a flat repair. The price was quoted up front and the process explained. I felt the cost was a little high, but for an inside tire patch I understand there is labor involved and this is the best way to fix a flat. Had taken my car to my normal mechanic before coming here and was told that my tires were in bad shape. Went shopping online for a while before ultimately deciding on United. Requested an appointment, but completely overlooked them being closed on the weekend! Called Monday morning to confirm, and the call staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. I have small tires, so they had to be ordered. Gave me an estimate on how everything would play out and called me with updates. I was able to get my car in on the day it was scheduled. Price was more than fair (sighed in relief when I saw the estimate!) and there were no hidden fees. Everybody was very nice, and I very much appreciated the help. Thank you so much! My girlfriend and her mother took their cars to these guys because they are in need of a new mechanic. This is a warning. After they installed her mothers breaks wrong, had her bring her car back so they could correct it. My girl needed breaks and tires too and I begged her not to go back here but she did anyway. While driving her to a doctors appointment today one of her wheels fell off WHILE WE WERE DRIVING. For one, we could have been killed, but luckily we were right outside near another shop. I stopped in to get my Hummer H2 serviced, it needed a new alternator. United tire and service got it done same day. I also bought new tires from them about a year ago they have good prices and good service.
