I’ve been taking my cars here for years. Everyone I come in contact with is truly wonderful. They are fair, efficient, honest and reliable. I’ve honestly never met a more helpful and genuinely pleasant group of people before. After many years of accumulating horror stories by going to other repair shops, receiving poor quality service and being told my car needs things it doesn’t, I’m so glad I found United Tire. I know my car is being properly looked after and I’m not at all being taken advantage of here. They are all great guys but Mike is especially personable and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Having a trustworthy mechanic is so important so if you’ve never been here, give them a try! I recommend them to everyone cause I’ll never go anywhere else for my car needs!!

Jake got me an appointment that worked for my schedule , dealt with Mike at the counter , got 4 tires mounted balanced and an alignment check. Very reasonable prices. Car was done same day and back on the road. Professional, kind , right to the point with no surprises. Couldn’t be happier! Great team there.

I used Phoenixville United Tire & Service due to positive reviews but my experience couldn’t have been further from 5 stars. I had new tires put on my original wheels and an alignment. Everything seemed fine, drove it a few miles (less than 10) within a 24 hour period. The next day I am leaving the apartment MY ENTIRE DRIVERS SIDE REAR WHEEL FLYS OFF MY TRUCK and I skid to a 20ft halt. My truck is sitting on the ground on 3 wheels. Embarrassing. A man leaving the same complex saw what happened and helped me FIND the lug nuts scattered around the parking lot as well as fetch a jack from his house to put my wheel back on which was 50 feet away from my truck in some woods. The next day I called United and spoke to them about the issue. They picked my truck up because I definitely wasn’t goi

Flat tire while working delivering. Pulled in at closing time. Shop people clocked out when i walked in. They smiled and clocked back in and 10 minutes later... i was back working. Everyone was super nice and no resentment from anyone that they stayed longer. Guys at the counter were super nice and kind. No charge as they honored the tire warranty for tires i put on when they inspected it a few months ago. I trust this shop and like the friendliness if the employees. I was stressed, they made me smile. Been using them for 4 to 5 years for all my car needs.

Made an appointment next day for inspection on my 2011 Nissan rogue. Kevin was very nice and knowledgeable, broke down all suggested things to do on my vehicle but that overall she was in great shape. Get your inspections here!
