I had a problem with my car and the police towed it to UAB and I forgot my meds and called the police to get them they told me I'm all set just call universal and it would be fine so I called and they told me I need the police permission which I had so he asked how long to get there I told him 10 minutes then I asked him how much is this gonna cost me he gave the price then said how much it would be for another 24 hours. I have know issues paying for what I owe so I get there hes not there I called him twice before he answered and he told me 5 more minutes so I grab the meds without a hitch the next day I fixed the issues with the vehicle and called and told them I'd be there soon. they asked if I had completed everything the police had asked of me which I had. then he re-totaled it for me

They were friendly and the workmanship was great. Quick turnaround to get your car back
