Impeccable service; I cannot recommend this business enough! I came in with a cracked bumper from an accident, they fixed it within a week and it looks good as new! Everything from start to finish was incredibly efficient, the staff members were so friendly and helpful, and the work done was perfect. They also returned my car fully detailed and washed, they truly went above and beyond!

Walter and his team at Universal were outstanding. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. The team even pointed out that my car needed new tires and were able to get them installed for me to make the whole process super easy. My car looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the whole experience with Universal. Universal Auto Body & Glass did an amazing job! I received this referral from a highly regarded friend & colleague. She said to ask for Walter, which I did & he explained the process & the next steps to take after my estimate was accepted. This was my first time at an auto body establishment getting my rear bumper replaced. Walter, owner, Miguel and entire staff were helpful and great. While there, I had them provide estimate to repair dents & scrapes from a hit & run side swipe on the passenger side where both doors were affected as well as dents on the driver side front fender & passenger door ding. They made the dents, scrapes and door ding disappear. I had dropped my car off on Monday morning and the car was ready on Friday afternoon. I am happy with the outcome and would highly recomm

Amazing service. Car looks better than before the accident. Walter and his team were very professional and take great pride in their work. The body work was completed ahead of schedule and they kept me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend. Also very seamless with Stare Farm process as they are a Preferred repair shop which simplified and expedited the process.
