Had a flat tire and they only pumped it and didn’t check tire or root fix it. However they still charge me $10

Experience was great I was able to get my back windshield fixed In less than 24 hours and upon short notice. Staff is very friendly and professional. Im from out of town and needed it done immediately!

I brought my car in because the battery died and I was having trouble getting the hood open (rust was causing it to stick). I brought the car in and they lubricated the hood and charged the battery. Those things and an oil change added up to around $255 -- pretty expensive for that minimal amount of work -- but fine, I'll pay it because they did it in a hurry. As we're leaving, I notice the check engine light is on (wasn't on before) and the window is squeaking/struggling as I'm rolling it down to ask him if that's alright. He said it would be fine and the light would reset. Fast forward ten minutes, and the car is chugging along with the engine sounding terribly! Quoted 40 minutes and $95 for an oil change and inspection. Not a good price but I agreed because I needed the services done quickly. Turns out they didn’t have a filter on-site and needed it delivered from elsewhere. I was not advised of this before they started the work. Ultimately, the job took 2 hours. Management and staff were entirely apathetic. I definitely will not be returning and suggest others take their business elsewhere.
