This place is a scam and a waste of time. Me and my fiance came because they have a 100% approval program for financing and only 500 down “supposedly”. We went this past weekend on Saturday and the guy we spoke to was chill at first, until we came to his desk to do the application and financing. He lied to us and said that we couldn’t get approved even when I had her as a co signer. They wouldn’t even let us test drive the car we were looking at until we did the application. I explained to him that they have 100% approval all over their website and that it’s misleading and false advertising. He didn’t really care to explain anything or mediate the situation. He just stood there and awkwardly apologized when we drove two hours to get there. We even called beforehand and asked him over the p

I cannot say enough good things about Carlos at Universal Auto Sales. From start to finish, he made the entire car-buying experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Carlos took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I could realistically afford, and what would work best for my family. There was never any pressure, never any rush—just real customer service and honest guidance. Carlos went above and beyond. He found me the perfect vehicle, clean and reliable, at a price that made sense. I left the lot feeling confident and taken care of—not hustled or confused like at other dealerships. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping customers, Carlos is your guy. Universal Auto Sales is lucky to have him, and I’m grateful I

I am so pleased with my experience at this dealership. Ronnie was a huge help, very knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock and they were able to get me into a vehicle that fit my monthly budget. I am so excited about my new car, I highly recommend Universal Auto if you are looking to buy!

I had a very disappointing experience with Universal Motor. I drove one hour to this dealership after my appointment was confirmed three times the day before and again at 8:00 AM the same day. When I arrived, I waited over an hour before anyone even spoke to me. During that time, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. After finally taking my information and making me wait, they came back and told me the car was not even at the dealership. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. If the car was unavailable, I should have been informed before driving an hour and waiting another hour on-site. Confirming an appointment multiple times and then not having the vehicle is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership if you value your time or expect basic cust

Ron and Christopher worked so well with my husband and I today. Told them exactly what I was looking for straight down to the tow hitch and they got us just what we needed. Very secure interaction. Great people. Stop on in, and they will put you in a ride.
