Universal Car Wash

Great customer service here. I lost money in one of the machines. I contacted the posted phone number. They refunded the money, cheerfully and with no questions asked. Good quality car wash there also.

Universal Dirt Re-Distribution Center If I could give zero stars, I would. But alas, one star it is—for the comedy of errors that is Universal Car Wash. Let me set the scene: I entered with a mildly dusty vehicle and exited looking like I had just competed in a demolition derby on a dirt track. How is it even possible for my car to be dirtier after a wash? That’s not a rhetorical question—if anyone figures it out, please call NASA. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the Clinton administration. The flapping sponge/cloths sounded like they were coughing up their last breath, and I’m fairly certain one of them whispered, “help me.” Trash was strewn about the property, and the only thing high-tech about this car wash is the fact that it managed to smuggle more grime onto my ca

I wish someone else who actually cares about cars would take over this car wash. Never a good experience. Always a new scratch on my car after using it, never can have everything working right, take too long to switch from any of the settings( if youre using a bay) vaccines are low power, the floor mat holders are too close, to if you pray one it gets on the one next to it. They care more about the one in coxsackie than they do this one. They are only in it for the money or they would fix this one up and have someone there available regularly. Avoid! I always recommend the one in catskill. Heck even Hoffman is better.

The new automatic wash works great and the spray bays have good pressure. Louis the maintenance guy works hard to keep everything up to par!

I am not one to write reviews, but I can not let this one pass. This was the worst car wash I have ever used. Paid the highest level and the dirt was moved from the top to the side of the car. Would give zero stars if possible.
