ve had my car detailed by other places before, but Universal Detailing in Columbus, OH is on a completely different level. The owner was incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He even provided before-and-after photos, which really showed how much care and effort he put into every inch of my car. And the fact that he did this level of work in the middle of winter? Unreal. I purchased a VIP car detail from Universal Detailing as a Christmas gift to my husband. Sebastian and his crew knocked it out of the park. He communicated with me, sent pictures, and made sure the car looked like it did when he bought it 4 years ago! We were very happy with the service we received.

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pic

EXCELLENT! Took my 2015 F150 in for a warranty issue on the paint protection from dealership. They not only took care of water spots. They thoroughly cleaned the inside and out and made the truck look like new. The owner is very hard working and dedicated to doing amazing work and making the customer happy. I highly recommend Universal. We were so impressed with the truck. I've taken my mothers car in for a complete detail inside and out and have an appointment for my van when that is complete. I drove over an hour to the shop but well worth the drive. Owner kept me posted every step of the detailing process and sent pics to show progress.
