I've owned many a diesel trucks. Used them for work all over the country. It is great when you find honest guy's with the proper knowledge. Especially when your on the road. Thumbs way up for these guy's. Thank you for your services. 👍

I went to almost every mechanic around Lake Charles to get some work done on my 2002 Ford Excursion with a 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel. After weeks of frustration from several mechanics attempting to overcharge and do unnecessary work, I found Universal Diesel. I'm so thankful I did! They are very knowledgeable about 7.3s (took time to show me the engine and gave me tips on changing my own oil), they do things right, and they saved me a lot of money. They are busy (two guys) and you might not get your truck back immediately, but I will not take mine anywhere else.

They work on ford, Chevy, dodge etc that has a diesel engine. They are very knowledgeable in there craft and will help you anyway they can. I personally know one of the mechanics for over 20 years and served in the military with him and has helped me work on my vehicle numerous times.

My truck was running fine traveling from one two another. I aquired a leak was it was the fuel pump and some line,so I said change it. He said I other issues which I didn't before so I changed everything he said. After a thousand dollars in I still can't go across town without issues
