Universal Glass

I want to share my experience with Universal Glass in hopes that it helps someone make an informed decision when it comes to getting their home glass replaced. My initial experience was great, I was in need of replacing a broken glass for my exterior door, they came out, provided an estimate, and replaced it, and advised me I was good to go. The issue came when it rained and the frame around the door window glass started letting water in. I gave them a call, they came out to see if it was under warranty. To my surprise they let me know that it was not. They advised that would need to pay for an insert between the window and the glass frame in order to resolve the issue. Universal Glass did exactly what I was looking for. Replace the glass in a window in my home without trying to sell me all new windows. From initial phone call to the project complete took less than a week and Joseph was incredibly friendly and professional. Will use them again if I need any glass replaced in my house.

Everything was professionally addressed: the free glass window repair assessment was a simple yet precise measurement made by Angel and was only 10 minutes, the appointment was made the next couple weeks, half the amount was needed to order the windows, and when they installed the windows, there were three men and it was done in 30-45 minutes. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to say anything about the rough sliding of our sliding door after the window was put in; Yet, it was corrected as best as they could after we did bring it up to them.

Our insurance company recommended Universal glass to replace a cracked windshield on our vehicle. I appreciated the excellent communication with their team on scheduling as well as with the installer on day of service.
