Honesty…First they offrip try to up price you so dont fall for it lol…Bought a car here and came to find it was no air in tires, no gas when i bought it also, and it had no windshield wiper fluid? which obviously makes me question if they even take care of the cars in a basic way. I was told i would be mailed my plates and 2nd key. never happened. My tags expired and DAYS went buy of lies. mixed words and alot of bs period. Even through direct contact of certain employees & managers. Wouldnt even key my plates to get the from my local dmv? very bad business if you ask me and that's my honest review. Told them we were driving 96 miles to purchase a car my son liked. They told him he was approved, when we got there they told him they didn't tell us he was approved. I'm glad he saved that text message I attached. Then they thought we were so desperate that we would take just any trash off their lot. These people are sheisty, especially Ron... please avoid. Happily he ended up with a 2023 Mustang Mach E like me. 😊

Drove over a hour to look at a truck. Had lots of things not working. headliner hanging down. Hood color did not match .had barley any gas . Pending codes in for the engine because they just cleard them and hoped i didnt notice. Luckily i have a snap on scanner. Had to wait 30min to get a tag to test drive. Told them about the issues and we were gonna finance thru our own bank and they raised the price over $2k . Please be very careful if you buy a vehicle from here. Get a pre-puchace inspection done by another shop. They will raise the price if you don't finance with them.

DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM UNIVERSAL MOTORS IN SPONSORVANIA VA. I contacted them because I had seen a cargo Van on their website when I got there I inspected the vehicle and notice that it had some indicators on the dashboard, a few wires hanging and it needed an inspection...the salesman told me that he would place the cargo van in the shop and it should be fixed by Friday and for me to come back then to finish up the paperwork and to test drive the van beening that I couldn't test drive it by law because of it needing the inspection. He requested a $500 hold fee in which I gave. When me and my husband returned back that Friday. The salesman and the other man who took my deposit/hold fee was nowhere to be found...and I was told by the mechanic who looked over my vehicle days prior that
