Universal Service Center

I wish to add one final comment about Universal Service Center. Page and team are the absolute best Diagnosticians I have ever experienced! They have an unusual ability to find the issues and as well they look the vehicle over thoroughly and always offer good information about what may need service in the future... I am a big believer in preventive maintenance! In past I have experienced shops just changing parts to address an issue whereas Page seeks the root issue! Trustworthy!!!!!

Great guy who does great work, always can count on quality service! Glad to have a local shop I can trust to fix it right the first time!

These guys are professional and honest ( thats a big deal )!. My mother n law had taken her car to a different mechanic and he wanted 3600 to fix it. We took it to Paige and Universal and he charged about 400 to fix. He's did great work on my vehicles and always at a good price. Highly recommend! Adding on to this review, the Hyundai place was going to charge 5k for a repair for my son n law and the part is 3 weeks out ... for Paige the part is 3 days out and the cost with labor is half that! We always go to Universal for auto repair.

I've lived in the area for a few years now and for some reason I keep trying to get work done on my cars here because it's close. I (shiz) you not, I have never, not once, not even one single time, over dozens of tries across years of attempts have had this shop answer their phone. I literally can't throw money at this business despite my best efforts. Business must be GOOD. So something is going right over there. Whoever gets in, let me know how it goes.

Great service all around . I came in with no appointment last week , really in a jam . Page helped me out , let me know what I needed and said he could get it done by the end of the following day. I really wasn't expecting it to get done , but was optimistic anyways. Not only did they get it done , but did it at a fair price. I cant say enough good things about these guys . They definitely have my future business
