want to warn others about this tire shop. I left my car there because my rim was cracked, and they told me it would take about 2 hours to fix. However, when I returned to pick up my car, I found that my tires had been replaced with different ones without my permission. This is very untrustworthy behavior and shows a lack of respect for a customer’s property. From my personal experience, I strongly advise people not to leave their cars at this shop. Please be cautious if you choose to use this business.

I had my Toyota Sienna in for an alignment and the experience was excellent. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The alignment was done in a timely manner, and my van now drives straight and smooth like it should. I really appreciated the attention to detail and fair pricing. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing alignment or other vehicle services.

Great customer service! And great price! I had a tire go flat on my way to work and Universal was the nearest tire shop so I pulled up and I was very happy with my experience! They were friendly, fast, and not overly expensive. I was in and out im 20 minutes. Thank you Universal tires! I will use you guys again in the future.

I took my 2014 Audi a6 TDI over there for an alignment. They took their time they had the laser machine. Everything was done right I would definitely recommend them again.
