Universal Towing & Heavy Duty Semi Truck Wrecker

So last night bike week city of Daytona lot. Universal was towing vehicles watched two be towed. Catch is the city has a contract with Daytona towing. Also the city rather fine than tow!! I have passed this information on to the city and also the contractor who manages the city parking! Not only that they did this row company tow my parents car at their condo with their sticker on the window! They were nice enough not to charge and return the 4 other cars they wrongfully towed.

They towed my car to the wrong location. The address provided was based on a Google search (my mechanic is moving to that location next month and changed it in Google proactively). Instead of calling me and saying this address is a closed business, they delivered it to the mechanic next door. Then refused to take responsibility for it. Photo on left was address provided, photo on right is where it was delivered. The name of the business it was to be towed to was provided as well and the driver verified, “that’s the name of the place?” And I said yes, 615 Diesel. Twice!!!!!

Awesome towing service. And Tim…my driver had a wicked tricky situation w my Palamino camper in the bed of my truck and my back wheel gone and my tire wrapped around the hub stuck on the fender. Crazy. They were great and reasonably priced. ☮️🩷🙂

This is hands down one of the worst experiences l've had with any company and it absolutely reflects in their rating. After already having a terrible day with car troubles; they picked up my Vehicle and made it worse. They wrecked my car and pretended like they had nothing to do with it. The driver played dumb. Never returned my calls. Always the run around. Funny enough I asked for photos of my car before they picked it up and towed it and miraculously they missed the tires they damage so on their end; it looks like they did nothing wrong. I hope some sues them

Eric was so quick to our rescue! He was kind, professional, & personable. He went out of his way to help us & our car get home safely. Service above & beyond expectations! 5 stars, would highly recommend!
