This place takes the cake on robbery get told a price come to pick the vehicle up it’s an extra 300 more than what was said on the phone. If your looking for a tow for personal tow definitely go elsewhere if your forced to use this for wrecks I pitty you! Out here just straight robbery without the gun! The driver was nice! Bbb will be getting the call!

I dont recommend Universal, they let my wife hang for hours, then after hook up they disconnected her,saying they had a New Smyrna police needing towed, then after going to another accident, they finally picked up her car, 6hrs Update:Really?, so That Police officer accident, was more important than my wife? SMDH😡

Post number 2 since you guys decided to delete my last review and not respond so let’s try again. Last year when there was the floods, we had multiple people parking in the guest parking spots and when I would call universal towing to come tow the people that didn’t have a pass or sticker, they would tell me they “weren’t allowed” to tow them at that point due to flooding of the area. Thought that wasn’t fair since I pay fees to parking in my area as a resident and owner, but whatever. Then there was a lot of rain these past two or three days, so we asked a friend to come over and help us with something because of all the water. They parked in guest parking momentarily and I didn’t think anything of it due to you guys never wanting to tow people when it was flooded before hand and also due
