Universal Towing

I thought I should leave a review because one of the workers here helped me just out of an act of kindness when i got a flat tire on my way to class. I realized i had gotten a flat tire and pulled into a random neighborhood off of Candlewopd Ln where one of the drivers of this company happened to be pulling out of. He stopped and offered to help me and changed my tire within 5 minutes. I wish i knew his name to show him my appreciation but I believe he deserves some credit for being so nice. If it helps, he was about a 6’ tall black man but he wore a black mask covering his mouth. I didn’t have much time to thank him because I didn’t want to be any later to my class than I already was, but i want him to know I’m very appreciative.

I contacted Universal Towing after my brother was involved in a car accident and Jaleek showed up speedily, especially for it being late at night. We thought the wait would be long, but they arrived fast and handled everything professionally. The service was smooth, helpful, and stress-free during a difficult moment. My son was in an accident and we needed a tow. I reached out to Universal Towing and they arrived at the scene shortly after the call. Henry, took great care of us. He inspected the vehicle, helped us get out belongings out (the trunk was smashed) and most importantly he expressed care and compassion to my son - caring about his well being after being in such a horrible accident. Universal Towing will always be our first call when we are in need of a tow.

I had a great experience with Irvin, who towed my truck to the dealership. He was very pleasant, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I had to ride along with him, and he was easy to talk to, which really helped make the situation more comfortable. Irvin was expeditious and courteous.
