Had an awesome experience shopping here, Ben was cool! I have purchased brake pads here before and today came for an indicator plug replacement. They tend to stock the items for pickup and are always friendly and cool to talk to. I will return and recommend this parts department to those needing parts.

Have been searching for a part that no one has in stock due to shortages. Because of this I ordered from here. However when I call to ask questions about status of the order. I was informed the item was on back order. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner. The immediate response was I can refund you for the purchase if you don’t want to wait. Even after I explained that I don’t want a refund I just want to ask if there was any way to get it sooner even if I have to pay additional fees. I def will not buy from this source again. This is the service received when they know they are the only option.

Very slow do not answer the phone it took them 3 days to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle omg not professional at all
