Universal Transmission & Complete Auto Repair- Cypress/Katy Tx

I Don't know where to begin. I paid a shade tree mechanic to do some work on my car he destroyed my car.I took it to a mechanic shop where it was there for about a month finally got it to running but they wasn't sure about the electrical work because the shade tree cut wires to my car (not one but 20 )that's when I was referred to Scott the manager highly recommended him to me I agreed OMG Scott Fixed my car better than it was before he was honest,efficient, reasonable, and fast .Im truly Grateful May The Good Lord contually Bless You and shower you with his Mercy and Grace. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else!

Awesome service and work quality from start to finish. Scott did great by me and my car and even dealt with insurance when they became predatory and tried to avoid certain repairs. He didn't have to do that, but he did. This business has heart and I wish I saw more of this these days. I can't recommend these guys enough. In a world where everyone is just a number, this shop goes out of its way to make sure you feel valued.

I took my 2020 ford expedition and they did a amazing job, Scott was real informative and really took care of me. Its a family car and was genuinely concerned about safety of the vehicle and my family. The cost of the transmission was reasonable compared to other shops/dealerships. They also do complete auto care which i will definitely bring my vehicle for future work/repairs
