I took my truck here because it had a shutter between 30 and 50 mph they looked it over and told me that the transmission was shot they gave me different options I had to get it financed and ironically the amount that I was financed was the total amount of the bill? When I picked it up transmission was leaking at the drive shaft and it still had to shutter it still had a shutter I returned before my 90-day warranty was up because I had purchased a used transmission and supposedly a torque converter that I paid $5,000 for they told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and the leak is what it is and to repair the leak I had to buy probably a new yolk so one of their other shops got involved said he could repair the leak he put some plastic plug in the end of the yolk for the driv

I am one to not judge as if I’m suppose not to but the way I felt about Universal transmissions had me feeling like I was mistreated but then Scott came out of left field and helped me understand what happened in our experience with his establishment he told me after speaking to me it touched him cause of the conversation we had prior to excepting his services so he dug down and found out what had happened got it addressed and both sides us and his establishment were squared away I really appreciate Scott for taking the initiative personally and helping my family out kudos to you Mr Scott I highly recommend him and his establishments to anyone out their looking for transmission work call and talk to Mr Scott and again thanks to Scott

Unprofessional drove my transmission 2 hrs to have em build it... was quoted over the phone the price... went to pick it up an first.. It wasn't at the shop I took it then once I drove another 30 miles to try an get it.. Since it was another store was jacked up another 300.00 plus 50 just to pay for it... Straight rip off... I will never tell anyone to use them or go there myself..
