University Car Wash

Please don’t waste your time getting a detail or coming to this place. It took them over an hour to finish my car, simply due to the fact they choose to work on other cars, even though I was there first. Had I not said anything, who knows how much longer my car would have been left unattended. Once finished, majority of my car had been slathered in a greasy film. Take a look at these pictures, and if you’re reading this: run, run far away from this place

This is the worst job of cleaning a car I've ever seen in my life. My girlfriend paid for the leather treatment and they squirted oil over the inside of her car including all over the windows which are all streaked up. This is going to take me 4 hours if I'm lucky to clean up. What a total disaster

I paid 120$ for an interior and exterior detailing. The crew there not only failed to remove all the bird poop from the roof of my vehicle or vacuum adequately, but coated all of the plastic in the interior in an oily film. The vehicle also now smells absolutely horrible, especially when I use the A/C. It has been several days and the oil has not evaporated and the smell has only become worse over time. The vendor refused entirely to give a refund, but has offered to "clean" the car again for free. If the second pass fixes things I will update this review.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would!! This place used to have a stamp card system for the car wash. Get 9 stamps, the 10th wash is free. I went to go get my free wash last Sat 04/05 to see the Car Wash was under renovation. Called today to see if the car wash was open and was told yes but they are no longer doing the stamp card. Ok, fine. No new stamps. She said they are not even honoring the free wash if you have a card with 9 stamps already filled!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? She said they had been telling people that the stamp cards were going to become obsolete. NOT ONE PERSON told me this!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Okkkkk I then asked to speak to the owner and she said there is no owner. That it is a corporate loca

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Yesterday I went to get a car wash for $40 and my Honda emblem was stolen during this process. I went to try to get a service here and got my property damaged instead. I asked for a manager and they said to come back another day because they were not there. UNACCEPTABLE.
