University City Service Center

So easy to work with! I had a break down on a Sunday when everyone is closed. This auto service is connected to a gas station that was open. Oscar very kindly helped me and let me leave the car and keys for it to be handled on Monday. Everything went perfectly!

I almost don’t want to give a great review of this place because I would really like to keep the secret to myself. But the truth is: Brian and the crew are really amazing at what they do. They are efficient, They are trustworthy, and they always have reasonable rates. I’m never happy that I have to spend money on automotive costs, but at least I know I got a team I can trust.

All the employees here are so helpful and friendly. My parents have been coming to Brian and Scott since the 90s and now I take my cars here even though my family lives in Rancho Penasquitos. They are worth the drive. Always honest and let me know when larger expenses may be in the near future. When larger expenses come up, they let me know what needs to be taken care of now and what could wait. I would not take any of my cars anywhere else.

My family have been customers here for over 20 years now. I myself have been coming close to 10 years. Whether I drop in or make an appointment I always receive a call same day or the next outlining exactly what work needs to be done and exact cost before moving forward. On top of the clear communication, the actual work done is top notch. In all of these years I’ve never once had to go back to repair the same problem and both my cars are 27 years old now!

I’ve been bringing multiple vehicles here to Brian and Scott at University City Service Center for over 20 years because they always do good work and I feel that they’re honest in their assessments of my car and never try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or service. My most recent services here were last week for an oil change and an axle repair, which was done in a timely fashion. I do recommend this service center for all vehicle types, especially if you live in the neighborhood like I have for over 20 years… We recently moved to Bay Park but continue to bring our vehicles here for service because they’re worth the trip!
