I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car at University Mazda! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. James Griner, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and Jeremy, my salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They both took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly values its customers, but University Mazda absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Wonderful dealership, and especially their service department! Today my battery died unexpectedly and within an hour I was able to get an appointment and right away they were able to run checks and get a replacement under warranty. I also service my Mazda here on regular basis. Highly recommend them!

I’m shouting five stars to the rooftop. We have been doing business with Kia and Waco Mazda for over 20 years. We bought a very first car from Freddy! We have also bought multiple cars through the dealership for years. I can honestly tell you that you cannot find a better place in Waco with customer service as good as theirs. I would love to give a big shout out to Paul Carrizales and his team Travis, Cherry, and multiple sales reps. Y’all always come through with great customer service and y’all stand by the product that y’all sell y’all are for sure a 10 out of 10 our family loves Waco Mazda Kia.

Called to schedule a diagnostic appointment. Was told that I'd have to drop off my car and it would be 5 days till someone looked at it as well as that they don't offer appointments for diagnostics. Absolutely ridiculous. Called Temple Mazda, made an appointment for the next day without having to drop it off. University Mazda is a joke and isn't deserving of anyone's business.

So keep in mind, my car has about 280k miles on the clock. I started having issues related to a lean code that popped up on the dashboard. I tried everything to fix the problem; replaced fuel injectors, intake manifold gaskets, MAF sensor, swapped throttle bodies with a matching car…nothing worked. I swapped the O2 sensors, ignition coils, and spark plugs about 40k miles ago so I didn’t check those. It ended up being my mistake not to check those things out because after taking it to Randy at University Mazda, he was able to check my work and told me it was an O2 sensor that went bad. 3 months trying to fix the car myself and it took these guys about a week to check the car and confirm what was causing my lean code to turn on.
