Professional and timely! Chris was totally helpful and most professional. He texted me when he was enroute, (didn’t wait long) and got my car going. He indicated what he thought might be the issue. After calling other companies for a vehicle lockout (on a VERY cold Sunday morning) I discovered University Towing. Upon calling, I was warmly greeted and assisted. Once the request was made, the owner communicated well with updates and his wife, Ms. Jeanne was amazing! Ms. Jeanne was not only very pleasant, but also efficient.
