Very irresponsible communication. We talked on Saturday, and he was supposed to come to my house on Monday between 8–9 AM to replace my car’s windshield. It’s now past 9 AM, and he has been ignoring my text messages and calls since Sunday. How am I supposed to know if he’ll come, or if he has already canceled the appointment? I’ve dealt with people like this before in the car and home repair industries—they are often careless with their customers. This guy either doesn’t understand or simply doesn’t care that I have many tasks scheduled today, and replacing a windshield is just one of them.

Omar was available to come to my home to replace my windshield in less than 24hrs of contacting. He was extremely efficient and thorough while replacing my windshield. Working in 113 degree weather he never complained and was super courteous and friendly the whole time. Incredible customer service and couldn’t beat the price. 10/10 recommend!!
