Brandon arrived on scene just outside of Columbus when our daughter hydroplaned and ended up stuck on the median on US 33. He was kind and helpful and made our daughter laugh in a difficult situation. Furthermore, he was always willing to take a phone call and help guide us through the process of getting the car taken care of by insurance. He was quick to share photos of the vehicle with us after he got it to the tow lot and also mailed us back a parking pass that my daughter had forgotten in the car. Can't say enough about this great business with a great owner.

We were in the middle of moving and had one mishap after another. Our U-Haul got stuck in the mud several inches in a most unpeculiar position. We called on a Sunday Morning and Brandon was there in 10 minutes with his huge truck! He had us pulled out in 15 minutes! Amazing 5 star service and if I could give them more stars I would. Very Kind, quick and professional!

Was there in no time!! Seamless tow I road with him and he kept a smile on my face in a stressful situation! Would recommend everyday!

These guys were great. Totally saved us from what would have otherwise been quite the pickle. Boom lift got stuck in a soft spot in the yard and couldn’t get it out. They had to setup to winch it twice but has us sorted in less than an hour from the time we called.

We were on vacation and our truck wouldn't start so we needed to have our truck towed. We called Unlimited Towing and are so glad that we did! Brandon arrived in a timely manner and as soon as he got out of his truck he shook our hands. Our truck has the push button start and a dial to put it into gear and he showed us how to put it into neutral. He warned us that the electronic emergency break might engage once he tried to pull it onto the bed and sure enough it did which locked the tires. Brandon knew exactly what to do!! He also offered us a ride. His knowledge and great customer service helped us feel calm given our situation.
