Chris was amazing!!! Best customer service and support I have ever gotten from a towing company. Remember, it’s not these guys’ fault that your car is being towed! It’s whoever called!! They are just doing their job, and they do it compassionately. Thank you Chris for making this experience as smooth as it could be.

Got stranded in the middle of the Redlands with my tire completely blown off at 11:30PM. Chris is hands down one of the friendliest and professional guy i ever met in the towing industry! Came to my location under 20 minutes, took care of my car in the towing process, reasonable pricing given the late hour, and even recommended me a local business to get my rim fixed! Wonderful service! :) This company was recommended by our Mechanic shop and they drove out to pick me and my car up way out of their normal driving areas when my car got messed up on the highway during rush house traffic to work! The driver was very kind and kept me updated on his ETA and even gave great recommendations for food and places to visit while here in Florida! Will definitely use this company again if we need help! :)
