Uno Auto Repair

Roberto is the absolute best! I was on the Mass Pike when suddenly multiple emergency lights came on at once. We found Uno online and Roberto said he could look at the car first thing in the morning. That in itself was a big relief; he was so kind and empathic over the phone. When I brought the car in, he and his team gave it a thorough look-over, took it out on the highway to see if they could recreate the problem, then ran the computer diagnostics. It turned out to be just a bit of debris, stuck to a speed sensor, that had already fallen of on its own. Despite spending more than half an hour on me and my car, Roberto refused to charge me anything. If anything happens to my car in Boston again, Uno is the first place I'll call. I can't say enough good things about them.

We broke down with a flat tire. AAA was a 1.5 hour wait. Walked over to Uno and they helped right away. A mechanic walked back to our truck, removed a 4 inch screw from the tire and plugged the tire. Had us drive a very short distance to UNO’s garage to get air and made sure the plug held. Everyone at UNO was super nice

Your mileage may vary, but I had a good experience. Had a flat tire, and decided to give it a try. The boss was not in, but the mechanic was friendly and immediately worked on it. No fuss. Found a screw in the tire, and took it out. In and out in 30 minutes. I guess I was lucky.

BEST GUY EVER! I had two blown out tires right in front of this shop and they close at 2pm on saturdays and I ran inside at 1:56pm and asked him if he could put two new tires on as I worked that day. He said yes!!!! And with a Fair price. They ended up dropping my car off at my work for me while I was at work when it was finished because they would be closed when I got out of work at night. I didn’t even have to come get it. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME! Maria the receptionist is the best too!!!!

Called Uno Auto Repair on Saturday, September 24, 2022, and inquired if someone could take a look at our car as we thought it was either a battery or an alternator problem. The person who answered the phone said sure, and to bring the car at noon. So we did. We were greeted outside by a friendly mechanic who clearly stated nothing would be charged in order to determine whether our vehicles issue was with the battery or with the alternator. We gave him our key and we took the car upstairs and left. A couple of hours later we received a phone call from the manager of this auto repair shop, Roberto Martinez.
