We brought our car in to have alignment & suspension checked for our 9 year old model X. We also ended up letting them have the tires replaced as well. We were impressed with the knowledgeable staff and the detailed inspection done by their team to pinpoint the problem. We can tell the improvement driving the car immediately after their work. Derek and his team are Tesla experts and they are extremely professional and friendly. I did the Juniper suspension upgrade for 21 MY with OEM parts. Derek also recommended and installed best tires. The cost is very reasonable. Given the expertise, performance and cost, I would recommend UP Fremont to any Tesla owners without any hesitation.
