Was told the glass would be cut and ready for Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday and said would be ready for pickup Friday morning but lady goes I am only here til noon so must come before noon. Go at 9:30 today and haven't even touched it. Answer now is sometime today. Well we have got to be somewhere today and they aren't in on Saturdays. Not happy. No wonder they have a low customer review ratings!! Very poor service to customers!

Did a great windshield change n was good company while I waited n had free WiFi. He also makes coffee if you have to stay and wait 2 hrs or theres a restaurant up the road I'm from Canada n had my windsheld done at uptown Massena new York. Alot better price than anywhere around here
