My car, 2025 Corsair, died in the garage. The battery was dead. This is the second time this happened. The Corsair has 2,000 miles on it. I called Uptown, Griff Dixon. He helped and he encouraged me. I missed a medical appointment and was STRESSED. The next day Griff brought a loaner car and took my car. When he brought it back the same day, he showed me they went over the car thoroughly, invoice 561013 will show what was done. Last of all, maybe it should FIRST of all; I will recommend Uptown Motors to all my acquiesces. I am 87 years old. I am so incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism I Have encountered at uptown Ford. I did get some Body worked done at the body shop and Michael and Nick were amazing. Thank you so much! I also had new tires put on and an oil change and Kory was the absolute best. I have gone to other dealerships before and felt pressured to purchase things. I did not need. I worked with the body shop and the professionals were awesome. Michael made the experience super easy and my repair looks great. Also they returned my car detailed on both the outside and inside.

Do not work with Kory, Terrible attitude. brought my car in for an oil change and full works package technician that was working on my car lied like they did the full package when that did not happen. a few days later my car is dead on the side of the road after they said they checked the battery and it was good. I have my vehicle towed to the dealership and they try to charge me 180 for diagnostics of my vehicle that had just been there a few days prior. I explained to them that my vehicle had a full work up and the battery was checked upon checking the records that went back and asked a technician and he said he had lied instead of them, trying to remedy the situation. All they offered me was no charge the diagnostics and I’d have to pay $200 for the battery plus labor as a mistake made

Outside of some mixup with pickup, it went well. They were 1 1/2 hours late, so I had to stay put because I had the key. A call would have been nice so that I knew you were running late.
