Feel like this place definitely went downhill. My family and I have been going here whether it's for oil changes and/or car washes our entire lives. Got my routine oil change done today and instead of them telling me I have an oil leak, they just wrote on the observation on the receipt. I feel like they should definitely be telling a customer if there's a problem wrong with their car when they're doing an oil change but hey what do i know? Called and asked why didn't tell me and if it's a big leak. The guy said "uhhhh not a big one but maybe get it fixed." Okay thanks but maybe I shouldn't have to go out of my way to call you and ask about it. Not to mention I paid $120. Car washes are mediocre at best. Disappointed , We just got out of the car wash. It was supposed to be a full interior and exterior cleaning, but they did a terrible job. They didn’t clean the trunk at all, did the interior poorly, and even the wheels were only half done.

Car wash is okay, just average. My car was cleaner, but nothing special with exterior and interior spots missed. The facility itself is dated, with a very old and tired looking interior. The selection of cheap convenience goods at checkout is a bit out of taste. Prices are average.

Price gouge! You'd think that for 40 bucks they could at least clean all the mats. The pricing sign has been replaced making it nearly impossible to read either the single wash price or what services you are to receive. Perhaps they think that everyone in Franklin Lakes is so rich they don't look at prices. Having said that, if you live nearby and are one who wants to wash their car every week the monthly subscription is a decent deal. I have no complaints about the wash, its good. The interior service is OK as far as it goes, but they don't clean all the mats for the ridiculous price.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 years, and they are fantastic. Today I paid for the Platinum wash & my car came out with spots, the manager told me he wanted to wash it a second for free, and it came out beautiful. Hard working people.
