Hello, I took my car to get an oil change. And a diagnostics. Urban auto works. They are very professional. They sent me pictures of all the damage areas that needed to be replaced. I have never seen any auto shop that was send people pictures.That parts that needed to be replaced. The prices is very reasonable. They stand behind their work. They will go step by step of everything that needs to be done.

I wish I could rate this company a 10/10! I came in to have a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle back in December & I must admit the staff were all amazing from the moment I stepped into their building, customer service. I must admit I was hesitant at first because of the type of car I drive, I am a minority female veteran. Most mechanics see the type of car I am driving & automatically see a high price ticket repair, they tend to automatically pressure me into buying parts & tend to be lazy on their inspections. But NOT Urban Auto Workz! They treated me like any other customer, they took their time with the inspection. They did not jump to conclusions and pressure me into blindly replacing parts. Went to get oil change instead of the mini dealer. Super service great price compared to dealership. Everyone so nice could watch service being done. Showed me pictures of all my systems and explained how they were holding up. I was very impressed with them. Highly highly recommend them for services or repairs needed. You will be surprised and very satisfied.

The team at Urban Auto Works always takes care of my car. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now. There’s never any ridiculous “fluff” charges. They send you a detailed report with pictures and do tell you upfront what your car actually needs. I trust them and you should too, you won’t regret it.

Some of the best service we've ever had! From Alex at the front desk to Zach the owner to the mechanics that helped us fix our Porsche, they all went the extra mile. Great price too! We highly recomend.
