Please avoid this shop at all costs. I went in for a replacement of all 4 rotors, breaks, and front 2 cv axles. Right after the first visit my rotors were making a grinding sound to the point I had to go back and they said they miss aligned my rotors!? Then when ever I would turn the wheel it would still make the noice it would when I first dropped it off and they tried charging me an additional $100 for a strut after the issue was the xv axles of which I paid $900. The new owner is rude please review text message from him. Please go somewhere else. They also threw away my bottom panel that my vehicle had?

Has an excellent experience with Jared and his colleagues at the shop. The problem was explained to me and resolved in a prompt fashion at a reasonable price.

Easy 5 stars. Always difficult to know if a car shop does good honest work or not. Derek at the shop helped me out big time when somebody did a hit and run to my car. It was not drivable but Derek and his guys fixed it up quickly and for a very fair price. Will definitely come back again!

I’ve been to Urban twice now. Darren and DJ have both gone above and beyond in helping me navigate issues with my car. They genuinely helped and explained everything so clearly in a way that made me feel super comfortable. Truly outstanding guys and an affordable and reasonable shop.

Very pleased with the work I had done here! They were able to get my car in and out of the shop very quickly for an alignment and gave me a better price than the other few shops I called. DJ was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. I'll be going back here in the future for sure.
