If you’re looking for a car and a place that is easy experience & purchase you need to come here. If I have any issue, question, concern or need advice/information she will respond immediately & have you come in immediately to handle it all flawlessly. My first experience financing a car & heard horror stories of other places & I was blessed to find her and have everything done in 10 mins & needed and oil change and immediately had it done. I cant say how wonderful Urban rides llc was to us. My bf bought us a car and the process was painless. A few weeks into owning the vehicle we ran into a issue. Thankfully our warranty covered the issue. But Urban rides took care of us. They went above and beyond what any dealership would of done for us. I am going to buy a Dodge charger. It’s an old police cruiser off of Brittany and let me say Brittany is very very very professional. She is very thorough. She goes through every vehicle on the lot. I have never met such a very, very, very thorough professional saleswoman is Brittany and let me say, I would advise everybody to go to the dealership because their cars are 100% perfectly in good shape. Great condition I’ll run very well and not a problem with either car. Every car is thoroughly gone through and is in perfect pristine condition.
